I just upgraded from win98se to win2K on a machine at work. Everything seem to be going fine except for when I have to run a program in DOS. At work in the dept where I am we have a small HP server running Novell 5. The accounting program that we use AXCENT, is on the server but runs in DOS mode. Whenever I use the program my DOS window only uses the top half of my screen. The fonts and images are very small. I also have another DOS program that I use for billing Medicaid and the same thing happens. I therefore know that it is a Win2K problem.
Is there a fix that will allow me to get a full screen mode for these programs? How about a registry tweak, is that possible? I need to fix this quick or I am going to be in big trouble since I was not authorize to make the upgrade. As long as things are running fine if someone logs on to my PC they will not call the help desk and therefore no one will worry about Win2K.
Please I need help very quick. Anyone?

Under properties for the DOS program's shortcut you'll find configuration options that will determine how the program opens - window size, fonts, etc.

I have tried those things and they do not work. Please note that the DOS box is not a window. I am fully in the DOS prompt but it is only using half of my screen the rest of it is black. The programs carry a blue background and that only shows up in the upper level of the screen and all my fonts and images seems compressed and dis-proportioned. I tried using the program properties to fix the problem but things do not work like in Win98se.
Please send some more suggestions. Trouble is brewing here!!!!!!!!
