Win2000 Standby Error

I am having a problem getting our company's computers with win2000 SP3 to go into "standby" mode. I get an error message that states the keyboard driver is preventing the system from going into "standby" mode. Anyone know how to resolve this?

We are using the Micron keyboards that came with the Micron systems that the corporation buys in quantity and using the standard 102 key driver supplied by M$. I tried updating the driver in Win2000 with the result that the system found the same driver.
