win2000 can't restart

my win2000+sp4 can't restart automatically,always I need to push the restart button manually to restart, the xp on the same hard drive is no such a problem,how to fix it?

Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc
Computer Configuration -> Admin Templates -> System -> Logon
Change the value for "Maximum retries to unload and update user profile" to Enabled with a value of 5 or 10.

You were looking in the 'User Configuration' branch instead of the 'Computer Configuration' branch.

I've been having the same problem -- really annoying. I'll let you know if this change makes it work normally.
