win10 - context menu option to open item on monitor 1 or 2?

or a "send to monitor 1" option or something? i'm sure i had something like this in the past but google searches are useless and just brings up a fault where the context menu opens on the wrong monitor.

basically, if i'm in a folder on monitor 2 and right click>preview an image it opens on monitor 1. i dont want to change default behaviours, just have the option to "open on this monitor" or something like that.

same with opening a program. right click>send to.... etc.
