You know, if they continue with this silly direction, there is going to be a adblockPlus for the OS, which basically blackholes MS's ad servers.
 
Yeah. I could see it, if it were an ad-supported version of Windows, like $20-30 a copy, for the end-user. But it's not. It's $100, which has always been the traditional OEM and Retail Upgrade price of Windows, more or less.

Larry let we forget it was a free upgrade for 7+ users so some charity was involved.😀 I have an unused copy of 7 ult laying around and I hope that I can use it later this year to upgrade to 10 on a new build otherwise I have a new copy of 10 education to use.

The people who received a free upgrade also had a version of Windows that they paid for in some way. What about the people who paid for 10 Home? Or 10 Pro which costs significantly more.
