Win XP Windows Update Down?

I can connect to the site...but after selecting the updates I need, I am unable to download them. Anyone else having this problem?

Are you accessing the Internet through any kind of a proxy? Are you using any banner blocking software? What are your IE security settings?

Same here, I've been trying off and on for 1.5 weeks. I figured I was timing out on this lousy dial-up.

hmm...works fine for me, just dl'd and installed 4 updates.

I may have found out why it isn't working for me. Seems I have a virus (sub-seven) in the mswinudp.exe file (or folder). Nortons is acting up and I have reinstalled it twice and I am updating in (again) now.

I had trouble updating a clean install of XP Wednesday night. It took everal tries to finally get a selection to chose from.
