Win XP SP2 Error code 1000007f

either after it starts up or comes out of hybernation when its been down for a long time.
i looked at my event log and it seems to happen after a few services start up, any advice would be helpfull, thanks guys

If you debug the memory dump, what does it say? Is one created in c:\windows\minidumps?
