Win XP SP2 Data Execution Prevention

When Windows starts, I get a notice that Data Execution Prevention is closing Generic Host Process for Win32 Services.

I am running Win XP SP2, Comodo Firewall, Avira AntiVir Pers Ed. Classic, Spybot, and Ad-Aware 2007. Other than this DEP noti8ce, I have not received any other indication of a virus or problem.

Any advice, please? Is Generic Host Process for Win32 Services an MS Windows program? I thought it was?

Thanks.
