Win XP SP2 causing IE to error when organizing favorites

If I open IE, click on favorites, then right click a folder ( I want to sort by name) I receive the following error:

Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module shell32.dll, version 6.0.2900.2180, fault address 0x0005e9ec.

If I right click an item that is not in a folder it does not error. This happens on 2 different computers. Can anyone else confirm this problem?
