Win XP Permissions question

I need to allow someone to remote into my computer but I have some private files on one of the drives. I set the permissions for that entire drive so that specific person has "Deny" for all the actions (read, write, modify, full control, etc) on that drive.

But I need to add the person to Remote Desktop Users, and probably Power Users as well. Will the person be able to modify the permissions, and will they be able to view that drive where I set Deny permissions?

Probably they can't see them directly, but if you don't trust them with the data then it is certainly not impossible they could find indirect ways to access / discover it.
You should probably keep the drive that contains such data physically offline or at least make an offline backup and encrypt the online stuff.

Person won't have physical access to the machine, only remote. I don't think it's such a huge deal that I'd remove the drive.
