Win XP = paging error?

I'm having this problem from time to time.
It just suddenly crashes. Always shows something like Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area, asks if new hardware installed, shadow memory enabled, etc.

I tried using different RAM. I tried to switch paging memory on another harddrive.

But it still shows up and gives sudden crash.

This windows XP crash is really getting on my nerve.

Any idea?
