Win XP Media Player and DVD.

I have XP and I installed the WMP DVD pack. When I play a DVD, the intro to title menue works fine but I get an error when I try to play the actual movie. I have a Radeon 32 MB DDR with the latest drivers and PowerDVD works perfectly.
