I was ready to read it and laugh my head off, but, like most lame sites, they appear to be using a crappy font that will not work on my system. So fsck them. I hope ZDNet goes down in flames. And I am too lazy to reconfigure my network settings on the notebook to be able to access it. When will web designers learn?

Yes I would have to agree I doubt that it will be delayed this time like it has'nt been in the past, but who nows this time some action may actualy be taken so far it has just been more advertisement for Microsoft.

Actually, the situation is slightly different this time, the Senate is reversed now, it could be more interesting this time.

Also, I dont belive I have ever heard of the government delaying a product launch....mostly because it doesnt have to be approved by them prior to its launch...they could STOP it when it comes out....but...just my thoughts of course (no legal backing) :D

Yeah, the Senate is run by the Dems. now, but, the fact is the majority in DC right now on more on MS's side.;) Plus, you think Ashcroft & Bush are going to throw any weight behind this???? No Way!;) IMHO all their doing is trying to persuade MS to change something before release.........MS will throw them a cookie and they'll all go home happy!;)

is there an article anywhere where Schumer actually states what his problem is with XP? like exactly what is so damaging to MS competitors?
