win xp folder transparency

Hey guys,

I saw this on one of the xp computers running at my school. the guy said he used a software to do it. It only works in xp he said. what the program does is
it allows the folder in the background to transparent with the folder that's on top. i'm ahh, forgot what it is called can someone help me out.

Transparency rocks, and yes it only worked with 2k/XP .. maybe NT4 too ? I've written programs in VB to do what I want with transparency but if you're looking for a neat program to use transparency search these forums/google for Glass2k it's pretty neat.
