Win XP CD I created from ISO file has errors

I downloaded Win XP RC1 reom Microsoft and the file checks out fine with CRC.exe, no errors.

But, I cannot get Nero 5 (latest) to burn an error free CD after several attemps.

I tried CD creator 4.05 test/burn and it still has errors. Anyone have this problem? I followed the burning instructions and am using a TDK 12\12\32 with burnproof both times

I got XP to run from the CD creator burnded CD but it is not fully functional due to errors in about 5 files.

I had some errors when trying to install WinXP from a CD. Try to copy all the files to your HD and install from there. It fixed my problem.

I want to install XP to another maching, thus the need for going to CD and needing a reliable copy. I might have to spring the $10 to Microsoft for the CD copy via mail.
