I know that Unix use monolithic approach to OS. What approah use in Win?

If you REALLY want the answer to this question, the best place to start is "Inside Windows 2000, Third Edition" by Russinovich. He knows more about Windows than many of Microsoft's developers.

Win9X has no approach, they just threw things together and hoped it worked =)

NT is also a monolithic kernel, the only real microkernel is Mach and it has never taken off.
