I have just downgraded to Win98SE to see if there is any difference in system performance. Some people would consider this not to be a "downgrade" though 
What I'd like to know is - is it possible to have the same type of function of the Win ME "My Pictures" folders where you can have thumbnails as opposed to simple icons representing .jpegs etc.
The slideshow function of Win ME is a another great feature too.
Any option of this for 98SE?
