Ran across this site while researching PC data acquisition and even a 1 in 5000 chance of winning a 50" Toshiba Plama TV and Sony DVD player seemed pretty HOT to me (of course by the time the Anandtech people are done the odds will be 1 in 500,000 😛.

Here is the LINK just click on the big honkin' TV screen on their home page and take the quiz 😀.

For those of you who are DAQ challenged here are the answers:

Thank you for taking our Quiz, You have been successfully entered into the
drawing to win the 50in. Toshiba Plasma TV and Sony Precision Scan DVD
player. Below are the questions and correct answers.

---------------------Measurement Computing Quiz-----------------------

1. You save ____ dollars when you purchase a Measurement Computing
PCI-DAS6035 for the same functions and specifications as the NI PCI-6035E?
$200

2. In cases where you want to sample one, or multiple channels, which
board is faster, the Measurement Computing PCI-DAS6035 or the NI
PCI-6035E?
They both sample at same maximum rate of 200KHz.

3. Accuracy is the paramount specification of a measurement board. The
Measurement Computing PCI-DAS6035 is how many millivolts more accurate
than the NI PCI-6035E in the +/-10V range
5.45mV

4. The Measurement Computing PCI-DAS6035 and the NI PCI-6035E have how
many analog input ranges?
4

5. The Measurement Computing PCI-DAS6035 has how much larger a channel
gain queue than the NI PCI-6035E?
7,680

6. Were you surprised to learn that the Measurement Computing PCI-DAS6035
costs less for the same functions and specifications as the NI PCI-6035E?
Read carefully and choose well, this is your last question!
Not surprised. Measurement Computing?s costs are lower than NI?s because
they don?t have a 54-office national sales-force to support, and they pass
the savings along to me! Besides, I really don?t need a sales rep to help
me install my DAQ board!

Sorry. "Contests" are not a hot deal.
