WIN 98SE: How do I turn off the clicking noise when I use my mouse?

And to complete the information, this clicking sound happens when you install IE 5.0 and higher 🙂

Can I add that this clicking noise is one of the most ANNOYING things ever to come out of microsoft. It completely slows down IE navigation! Totally pointless....
