Win 98 Face Lift

Alright here's a crazy question

Is it possible to upgrade the look of Win98 to that of XP or any other OS for that matter?

There are third party products (WindowBlinds for example) that allow you to 'skin' a good chunk of the OS. There are some performance tradeoffs, so probably not good for you unless you have a reasonable fast machine.

well apparently Microsoft bought rights for Windows Blinds and that's what WinXP is using except its embeded. That is why WinXP performance lags sometimes behind Win2k.

I don't know of any licensing deal for WB from MS, do you have a reference? (you got me curious)
