Win 98 domain logon question

I have some Win98 machines that some of the users are hitting cancel, and not loging into the domain, then complaining when they can't get to anything. I know there is a GPO that I can set, but I only want to set it for these specific machines. I also know there is a reg hack to use on the workstation that will force logon to a domain so they can't just hit cancel. Does anyone know this reg key?
