Win 8 and Win 10 moving apps from one account to another

Use to be in the old XP days that when you installed a program using one user account it also installed it on other user accounts on the same machine. In Win 8 and the beta version of 10 it seems like you have to install the software on each account separately etc etc. I quess it is MS's attempt to get you to pay for the same software several times on the same computer. So I downloaded Win 10 and installed a bunch of games on it for my daughter to play. I figured if anyone could crash an OS it would be an 8 yr old. The problem is I installed them on my admin account and I really want them on her account as well. Is there a way to make the apps work in her account without installing them again?

I personally haven't seen this. Maybe it depends on the source. Are we talking about games from the Store, or games installed from another source (CD, etc)?

Games from the store. If you already installed them on another account it installs them almost instantly.

The question is do you have to buy the same app over again to use it on a different account on the same computer. My guess is yes you do. I have only downloaded free apps so far. Windows seems to be going the route of using apps to do everything instead of surfing to get there. Why do I need a weather channel app when I can just go to the web sight? I guess it makes it easier for tablet users but I much prefer using the web to find stuff on a real computer. There are some pretty nice free games in the windows store but it only works for 8.1 and above Windows versions. Win 10 seems to be pretty stable.
