Win 7 upgrade

I'm building a new box and I have a 2 keys for the upgrade to Win 7 home 9the 3 key Family upgrade thingy ). I however do have only Win XP pro retail disc. I can pretty much install Xp then upgrade but was wondering if there is a way to bypass that and go straight to Win 7.
