Win 7 upgrade vs. full version?

With those upgrade deals floating around the last few weeks or so, is there going to be an upgrade version and a full version sold when it comes out? I've been kind of confused about this since I've seen the preorder specials on the "upgrade." Were/are there any preorder specials for the full version?

Pro = $200 ($100)

The promo prices are over now. There are three types:

1. Upgrade retail
2. Full retail
3. Full OEM
