Win 7 SSD + RAID Build - Sleep Issues

I recently built a custom rig for doing HD video editing (I'm no pro).

Here's my setup:

CPU: i7 2600k
Motherboard: Asus P8P67 B3
Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 470 Superclocked
Memory: Corsair XMS3 2 x 4GB
Boot and Programs Drive: Intel X-25M 80GB
Data Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 500GB SATA 3Gb/s
Scratch Disks (RAID 0 Array): Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 250GB SATA 3Gb/s x 4
Power Supply: Corsair 750TX
Case: CM 690II
OS: Win7 Pro x64 SP1

Everything works fine except for sleep mode. The computer doesn't wake up after 'sleep'. There is no BSOD or any errors in eventlog. It's just a black screen with no activity.

Is it the SSD or the RAID setup that's causing this issue?

Thanks in advance.

To start you should install everything with mobo auto setting.no overclocking.then when it's running fine you start adding the other stuff.and always make sure all drivers are up to dates.

Yes, yes and yes!

There's no overclocking. Its fresh install with all defaults and all drivers are up-to-date.
