Win 7 - Reverted from IE9 to IE8, now want IE7

Just for extra assurance, I'd recommend downloading, burning and running a bootable CD with it's own stand-alone anti-virus checker.

I just did a major clean up of my Win7 Ultimate install, and somehow ended up with IE9.
Pandora radio does not work with IE9, so I reverted back to IE8 via the normal process:

CONTROL PANEL
PROGRAMS AND FEATURES
TURN WINDOWS FEATURES ON OR OFF

Now I have real problems, and would really like to go back to IE7, but when I go to TURN WINDOWS FEATURES ON OR OFF, nothing shows up in the listing window.

What is the best way for me to get back to IE7 from this current state of having reverted from IE9 back to IE8?

That's not how you get back to IE8. You need to uninstall IE9 from Windows Update.

What you just basically did was turn off Internet Explorer.
