Win 7 Pro Student

I ordered a copy of Win 7 Pro 32-bit from academic superstore over the holidays (I do have kids so I used a report card for the eligibility requirements). Problem is that it was backordered and I needed a copy of Win 7 for my latest build and could not wait for the order to be processed, so I picked up a copy of Win 7 from the FS section and installed that copy.

My question is it legal to resell the student version if I don't intend to use it?
