Win 2k - VIA - Lockup after 10 or so mins of browsing :(

While browsing or using the pc / playing games for 10 mins, it just locks up, the mouse freezes and there is no errors on the screen like green lines or anything, as if its overheating or summin - its not tho =] 30oC Athlon 800.

Specs - Athlon 800, Abit KT7-RAID , Hercules GeForce 2 64 meg, 384 MB Crucial PC133 CAS 2 , SB Live player 1024, BIOS WWw

I have latest VIA drivers, and ive read the geforce faq =[
i just plugged in another 256 megs or ram, and already it seems more stable, touch wood.
I cant even run Win ME cos it crashes.
The possible reason i thought of, was when all my old 128mb ram was full, windows had nowhere to put it, it was limited in some way, and just locked up, at a guess =]

I read somewhere that a Member with a Abit board had problems similar & moved the ram into a different slot. Also check for IRQ conflicts,keep PCI slot 1 empty(next to AGP slot).
