When I open My Documents, My Computer, Recycle Bin, etc. on the desktop at work all the menu options(Back, Forward, search, folder, views...) is gone. Someone apparently turned them off but we dont know how to turn them back on. Anybody know how to turn this stuff back on? When I drag the curser to the edge of the window the double sided arrow shows up but it doesnt let me pull the bar down(I was hoping someone just buried the icons). Hope I explained myself well enough.

Thanx

Open up My Computer.

Click on View on the menu bar, select Toolbars, then select Standard Buttons.

Damnit, I'm at work now and I notice even the menu bar is missing. How the hell do I restore that?

Thanks again,

No Menu bar? No File, Edit, View, Favourites, etc at the top of the window? How can you perform file operations?
