Win 2k and Video Editing

Has anyone encountered problems with any of the below listed hardward/software when used with Win 2k? Thanks.

Pinnacle DC30 Pro
Pinnacle DV500+
Premiere 6

What kind of problems?
I have the DV500+ and Premiere 6.0 under WIN2k, all seems to work.

I just did a new install of a DV500 machine.
It used to have w2k with premiere5.1c and the 1.2 driver for dv tools
now it has the new 2.0 driver, w2k sp 2 and premiere 6.01.

So far, works great with a Canon XM-1
