Win 2K and Games-Nascar 3 and 4 (Sierra)

Any one had any issues with Win2K and games (Nascar 3 and 4). I am building a new system just for N3 and N4 and want to use Win2k. Any input is welcome. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure about N3, but I run Nascar 4 on Win2k with a Geforce2 Pro in OpenGL. Runs great.
