Win 2003 server HP Oem missing CD

I have a windows 2003 server standard HP oem license for a Proliant ML 350 server that a company wants me to install for them. Do the setup and shares aswell / users. They don't have the installation CD, as they bought it from another company that went bankrupt / etc.
There was no CD to be found.

I have called HP 10 times here in Sweden and gotten different answers but to the same result, they can't find such or sell me a replacement CD. I have talked to other people here and they say they shuld be able to do this. Microsoft said it's an OEM OS, therefore the support is with HP.

I am thinking of trying my case with HP US, instead, since the ******* here doesn't seem to be able to help at all. :-/

Anyone with any ideas, or anyone that can help me? I just need a copy of the disc, which microsoft states is a valid backup for securing the safety of having a working disc / CD.

The license is win 2003 server standard 1-4 CPU 5ctl.

you didn't buy the OS from HP, why would you expect them to support/replace it?

You need to hit MS up, they will usually (for a small fee) send a new CD out.

You have the license files, but no CD, right? There are no other OEM 2k3 CDS in the building?

Most of the servers that come out of HP have an OS on it, so he did the right thing by going to HP. The strange thing is that HP didn't send him to their FTP site to DL it. I had a similar situation, only for a windows 2000 server and that is what they had me do, created some HP boot disc with the Utilties that you use to install... Of course it was outdated I don't think it could hurt, give it a shot and call the US.

As for not having another 2k3 disc. That is a little weird...
