Win 10 won't network?

I switched over to Windows 10 (unintentionally) and it appears to have disconnected my wife's desktop (Win 7) from the printer network. I hope that makes sense. Any ideas?

We were so overwhelmed by all the Technical info about your Network, what hardwrae is used and how it is configured that there was Not enough time to sort out the info and get to a conclusion!!!.

Your post was the automotive equivalent to "I turned the key and the car wouldn't start. Any ideas?"

Yes, let's list the several hundred possibilities it could be starting with the two dozen most likely causes.

Or maybe you could provide more info. What else might be going on. Is it not connecting to other things? You say a networking problem, but mention the printer. To make sure you aren't blithering, it is a network printer and not a directly attach printer...right? How was it connecting before (oh, you say had to redo the home group, that is outside of a standard network connection which would be good to know).

Back to the automotive equivalent here for a second. Saying that your car won't start, but makes a whir click noise and all of the electronics go out for a few seconds, the engine does not turn over and your car is a 1999 civic...that would be a place to start with.
