win 10 driver issue?

machine recently upgraded form win 7 ult to 10

vid card: r9 270
cpu: phenom 2 955
ram: 12gb

for some reason when i am in a game(usually running full screen windowed mode) and i tab out, if i open youtube, my vid driver crashes and recovers

it never did this on win 7

updated amd drivers (vid, chipset, ect)
updated adobe flash

it still does it at times
i tried firefox and chrome, both crash the driver
 
Probably just need to wait on a better video driver. But I will say that this behavior depends on the game. I remember having games that hated when I would alt tab out of them. They usually crashed when minimized, or when I tried to pull them back up. So I have really gotten out of the habit of doing this.
 
game isnt minimized, i can still see it full screen behind the browser window
