what was the tag team? did it have that pompous prick flay? the only time flay is watchable is when he is on a show by himself and isn't trying to impress people in the audience or standing next to him.

Flay was definately more original, his ingedients and plating, like the skillets, actually would affect flavors, not just look pretty.

Exactly! What I like about Flay is that his dishes make me hungry. Also, Iron Skillets are awesome when they have been used for a long time.

Bah.... removed my rant. Anyways, if there was anything that really bothered me was the fact that Bobby went first and he generally served dishes with much more spice. That hinders the judge's ability to taste later food. Wasn't 'taste' supposed to judge not what tastes good, but which dish brings out the flavor of the trout best??

pfft the series sucked. i think it was rigged. NONE of the orginal iron chiefs won. pfft

But having elton brown as commentator was great.
