NO, from day one, I being telling people that napster sucks, the quality is never professional, and most of the songs are not encoded properly. So again, NO.
I wouldn't pay. There's no guarantee that I would get what I was looking for, nor is there a guarentee that it would be a high quality rip. I'd rather just use any number of other free file sharing programs, that also share other file formats as well.
There is no way that anyone will be able to stop music downloading now. It's far too popular and nobody (other than the odd few) will pay to get a service they can get for free elsewhere.
I will never buy another music CD for as long as I live. (unless they make burning music cd's a crime worthy of capitol punnishment. I might change my ways then 🙂)
