Also, I can't say that I've seen any Jared Subway promos in that time frame (2011-2015). Did they continue to support him since that pseudo-allegation? I saw nothing to indicate it. It looked like Jared had run his course with them already.

Wikipedia says that his ad campaign started to taper off in 2008. I can't remember the last time I saw him mentioned here in Canada. They've been using a cartoon monkey as their mascot for years now.

The problem with the journalist is it's just one person's word against the other. She had no evidence by the sounds of it. She did hand the case over to police, but they either found no evidence or didn't even bother investigating. If Subway had terminated his contract on that alone, Jared could have turned around and sued them. Even if they did suspect he was a bit off, with no proof there was nothing they could really do. This could be why they drastically scaled back his ads though.

I don't think Subway would knowingly keep a pedophile on as the public face of their company. There's no wrongdoing here on there part that I can see, based on the evidence I have. So yeah, I would continue to eat there. Mind you their food sucks now. I'd rather go to Mr. Sub or the Italian deli up the road.

Try a chicken pizzaiola as it's the same as the pizza sub but with chicken on it.

Nah. I tried the chicken teriyaki. It was alright, but I don't much care for cold chicken. Even if it's heated up in that oven. It's just not my thing. I'm more of a beef/fish/deer/buffalo eater.

Was doing some touring around the world in Google Street View and was surprised Perth AU had a Subway. According to my uncle they even have pizza Hut in Egypt . They deliver in a motor bike. You simply can't starve if you go outside the U.S LOL

Pizza Hut and dominos are really big and popular in India. Subway and kfc prob on the 2nd tier of popularity over there.

I would like to google this to refresh my mind of what a 14 year old girl looks like, but I don't want to end up on some government list.

I don't understand pedophiles. If the legal age is 18 or sometimes 16, isn't that good enough? What kind of crazy person looks at a 16 year old and honestly thinks she's too old, and it worth jail time to get something younger? Age of consent in Washington is 16.
