I am considering getting the XTX 8800GTS video board. ZipZoomFly has it for $17 cheaper than NewEgg, but you cannot return it to ZipZoomFly if it will not fit.

This video card is 11" long and would need to go in the 1st slot on the MB which is adjacent to the RAM slots.

Anyone else using that MB have a problem with long video cards?

you mean longer than even a GTX?

I thought all GTS ones are shorter than the GTX version. In this case, if your case accepts standard size ATX motherboard; a GTS should fit.

Got XFX 8800GTS installed in my Shuttle SN26P small form factor case. No problems with fit or with heat either. Great video card for the money.:D

It should fit in the LL PC-60 variants. The GTS fit in my PC-60+ with no problems at all and had the extra 1.5" or whatever clearance to fit a GTX. You may need to move a DD or internal drive if you have that middle cage filled, but the GTX shouldn't be hitting any aluminum. The actual size difference between the GTX and GTS is probably closer to 1" considering the GTX power connectors are on the top of the card vs. the GTS which are on the side (effectively making it a little bit longer with the PCI-E/Molex connector).

How long is the XFX 8800GTS?

Are all the GTS boards the same overall length?

Please measure from back plane of inside case to end of GTS board.

TIA
