Will Win2k work on a P233?

Ive got win2k on a P2 400 w/ 196 ram and it runs fine.

I agree with the post above, it should run on a 233, but you will want 128+ mb of ram

Same here, perfectly running on a P2 400 but with 256 ram.
It really is fine for the general office tasks I use it for and completely stable. Much better then Win98 that the old machine came with.

I've run it on a P200 MMX with 64MB RAM and it's a tad slower than Win98 for day to day useage but that's to be expected coz w2k wants atleast a pentium whilist 98 ran on a 486DX2 66.

I had it running on a P200, but I only had 48 MB of RAM. At least 64 or even 128 is absolutely necessary for smooth operation.

I had win2k running on a p-200 with just 64mb. I only run ms-office stuff for my mom. It runs well, but i'm sure a memory boost to 128mb would make it even better. As for running anything else... well...
