Will we be able to install Win 7 over beta win it comes out

When Win 7 fully comes out, will we be able to install over our beta versions? If so, for how much?

I'm in the process of building my sisters computer. She currently has XP Home. I figure for a new system, I should just install win 7 beta instead so everything is current and then she could go ahead and upgrade to the non beta version when it comes out.

You can install the RC over BETA but you need to edit a file on the ISO first.
