Will Walmart let me exchange my CD?

I bought the Pink Floyd dark side of the moon 30th anniversary CD today at walmart. The cd is a hybrid, one part has the regular album that is suppose to play on regular cd players and the other part has a 5.1 version that you need to play with an SACD player anyways, I dont have an SACD player but thought I may get one in the future so I bought this CD to have. Anyways, MY dvd player wont even read the cd at all .. my dvd player doesn't read cdr's, and this disc since it is a hybrid looks like its burned differently. Anyways, will walmart let me exchange it for just the regular album? I didnt think that they would take back open software or cds since people could copy them and take them back, but would they in this case, if I am exchanging it for the same album?

Play dumb! Retrurn it, they will prob send you back to get another one. Go get the regular version and say what gives? This one is cheaper than what i paid. Can I get the difference. If they say no you have to get the same item, tell them you didnt see it back there :b

Playing dumb will get alot of your returns taken care off. Stores dont like to deal with dumb people 😀

yeah you just tell them that the cd's not working and they'll let you exchange it. If not for the other one, just get the same one and return it at a different walmart or even the same one the next day (since it will be sealed) Had to do this with my cypress hill cd years ago because I found out it was edited.
