Radeon HD 4890 (~150 watts but i really dont know-some reviews say 250 watts)

Will the radeon blow the 250 w power supply?
how about a radeon 6670? (this says the max for the 6670 is 60w

yes it will blow the power supply.

But i would grab this Seasonic 350 watt psu..for $50

And mabe a used 5750 for about 60/70$
If you want to buy new go with the 6750.
They will both work with that 350 watt power supply and provide a good movie/ med gaming experience.

if by light gaming you mean casual games then the onboard gou is just fine. for more modern games the 6670 would be the very fastest gpu that your psu could probably handle long term.

does it need to be low profile to fit in that case?
