Will this video card fit into my motherboard?

When I looked at my motherboard, the PCI slots looked elevated versus the PCI Express16 3.0 socket. Will the size of this dual slot 7770 be too low for the PCI slot it'll be sitting on top of?

And will I still be able to use the PCI slot on the end for my dial up modem? (don't ask) I know I'm going to lose at least one PCI slot here but if I stand to lose both I may need to settle for a single slot 7750.

Yep no problem. It might cover the first PCI slot but the second one will work fine.

Good. How about my first question? Are the PCI slots too elevated for a dual slot video card card to fit? Namely the one linked with the boxy shaped cooler.
