Hello, I have the following motherboard

MSI 760GMA-P34 (FX) AM3+ AMD 760G SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

I have a 4 core processor installed but would like to upgrade to an 8 core. Will this one fit that motherboard?

That's not a bad motherboard for $50. It won't light the world on fire, but it's got all the basics and nothing extra you might not want.
