Will this overclock well?

Hey guys,
My new setup (in the mail as we, er, speak) is :
E6400
Asus P5N32-E SLI Plus
Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400 T2 5-5-5-12 (@ 1.9v)
8800 Gts
Zalman CNPS 9500

Basically I know the processor is great, the mobo has very good reviews; but the memory i'm not sure on. I made the mistake of getting the normal run o' the mill instead of the 6400 'C' ram (which is EPP rated at 4-4-4-10). Will my memory be able to hit T1 4-4-4-12ish and get me around 3Ghz OC? Or should I somehow try to exchange it for the C4 ram (advice on how to do this?).

Thanks so much,
Frosty

I have http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145015 running at 6400 speeds with 4-4-4-12 timings, which it's not spec'd at. I have my FSB at 400 and the memory on 1:1 divider. It's supposed to run on 4-4-4-12 @ 266 and 5-5-5-15 @ 333, and I haven't had any problems running it 4-4-4-12 @ 400 and above. I'd O/C more but there's really no need for me to do so, and I like keeping systems for a long time 😀
