Will this old PSU work?

I'm building a new computer and I'm considering saving some money by reusing my old PSU:
OCZ ModStream 450W:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16817104154

Will that PSU have enough juice and the proper connections for the following:

Intel E7200 w/ some mild overclocking
Dynatron P985 hs/fan
4 gig DDR2 800 @ 2.1v
Radeon 4670 *
1 SATA hard drive
1 DVD drive

Thanks a lot!

* edit = replaced Radeon HD 4850 with 4670.

Work or work properly?

I've booted my X3330, 8800GTS 512MB and water cooler with a simple 250w psu before to test some components. Was the PSU proper for the system? definately no. I would say you should be ok with mild overclocking though.

Actually I'm going to go with a Radeon 4670, so that should lessen the PSU draw a bit.

Thanks for the advice.
