Appreciate your concern, I will be making gradual component Upgrades to it.
CPU like you suggested, then maybe an ATX mobo and more fans!

Cougar stated their supported max GPU length is 350mm, while that GPU is 270mm long so should be no issue.
Any reason why choosing that anemic 2400G? Look for 3300X or 3600 instead.
So I just have to look at LENGTH of GPU and max in Case?

What's the purpose of having full ATX board if you can make do with micro-ATX one? Better CPU makes more difference than having better board.
more fans
Just look at those Noctua Redux fans and you're good for another 5 years at least.

Should be. But it's better if you can read/watch review of those products.

No point in changing out the motherboard unless you will be overclocking or you want further CPU compatibility for the future. As not all B450 boards will support the upcoming Ryzen CPUs. Also, if you have an OEM copy of Windows 10, you will have to buy a new copy if you change out of the mobo.

But that is a LOT of GPU for that CPU you have, it should work fine, but your performance will be CPU limited.
