Not according to the motherboard compatabilty chart linked here.You might have to get the measuring tape out..
Centreline of base to centreline of radiator (and heatpipes obviously) is 35mm. Radiator is 80mm wide x 18mm thick. Base block is 30 mm x 30mm. Total height is 120mm. ALL SIZES ARE APPROX! Exact Thermalright dimensions here.

I'm not worried about it interferring with anything else, just will it go in the mobo?

I headed over to the dfi forums and saw a post on it, it fits and performs great on this mobo.
