This is my scenario. Bought a sony 27 for $399 this weekend from BB. Just browsing through my mail today and found out that sears has $30 off coupon off purchases $299 and up and on top of that for TV's 399 and up they are offering 10% in cash back if I use my sears card.

Will BB price match sears ? I dunno. I don't have any good experiences with PM's. Anyway I can return my TV to BB but the I just don't wan't to this 100 pound monster to take it down from the first floor. So essentially I am paying $70 more. Do I have any chance PM with BB ? Can someone suggest me how to do this ?

Take in your receipt and the ad and see if they will do it on the spot.

If not, go to sears, buy the same TV for the smaller price, drive it over to BB and return that one, leaving your TV in place. You'll have to front the cash for the second TV, but if you put them both on your card, the transactions will probably come back fast enough that it won't matter.

Unless of course the TV has a unique serial number.

I think all you need to do is bring in the sears ad, make sure that you call Sears beforehand to find out if the same TV you bought from Best Buy is in-stock, bring your receipt and then ask BB for a pricematch.

To verifiy, visit Best Buy's website for Price matching information!

So will they do it ?
I have the coupon ad with me. I think they might PM the $30 but what can I do about the 10% cash back ?
The thing is I can buy it with my sears card and get cash back will they I mean BB do PM on that too ?

They will probably honor the $30 but not the 10% since the 10% does not apply to everyone, only Sears cardholders.

Edit: But it never hurts to try, just be sure you can prove you have a Sears card.
