Will this all work together?

My grandparents want a computer.. but they want a really small one.. I've never put together anything with Micro-ATX or anything like that so I'm gonna list what I came up with.

My questions are...

Will this all fit together?

Suggestions?

I'm going for cheap but reliable. All they need it for is dial up internet and e-mail.

Should work ok, 180w is pretty skimpy for a PSU, but should handle that. I do highly recomend not using a VIA chipset with an intel chip, that has always given me nothing but trouble..

If you already have a monitor they can use: Mac Mini
Seriously.

It's what I gave my grandpa to replace his old PII system, he couldn't be happier.

I don't really want to spend $300 more for a mac mini, sorry.

you should proably just get them a cheap athlon/sempron rig.

If you want to go Celeron or P4, I'd skip the VIA P4 motherboard and go for an i865-chipset board instead, which has built-in video, like the Abit IS10.

Since they won't be gaming anyway, that integrated video should be good enough. And the i865 chipset is more stable than the VIA.

And I'd use a nicer MicroATX case: Silverstone LC04 (comes with a 240W PSU with Active PFC.)

I hate pizza-box-style MicroATX cases like that Inwin, but that's just me..
